I grew up in Aiea, graduated from Punahou School's class of '95, and received a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. Soon afterwards, I moved to California to attend the University of California, Los Angeles.  I earned my Dental degree from UCLA's School of Dentistry in 2008.

Prior to returning home to Hawai'i, I provided a wide variety of dental services in residency at the Sepulveda VA Hospital located in North Hills, CA and as an associate dentist in Northern Los Angeles.  When I returned, I worked both in the dental clinic setting and in private practice on the leeward side of Oahu before finally settling on the windward side.

Now I work in beautiful Kane'ohe!  I am a proud officer of the U.S. Air Force’s Hawaii Air National Guard. My days off are filled with kids activities; football, cheerleading, basketball, fishing - you name it! However, when I can sneak out, I enjoy surfing, playing softball with my fellow Guard members and golf.

I look forward to providing you with all of your general dentistry needs.

I grew up in Makiki and Manoa, graduated from Punahou school, then left home to attend the University of the Pacific's Accelerated Dental program. I earned a B.S. in Biology at the Stockton, CA campus graduating summa cum laude, and DDS degree with honors at the San Francisco campus. Prior to joining Dr. Oka's practice, I worked as a dental resident at Kokua Kalihi Valley Family Comprehensive Services and as an associate dentist in Aiea. I am happy to work with Dr. Oka, his talented staff, and to treat patients with the latest dental technology while overlooking the Ko'olau mountains.

I am also a proud officer of the US Army's Hawaii National Guard providing annual dental screenings for soldiers and dental services while camping in the field. I enjoy spending time outdoors going surfing or stand up paddling at Kewalos, hiking, and staying active. I love to spend time with family and friends, try new foods and improve my foreign language skills.

While providing dental treatment, I prioritize communication and building relationships. Can't wait to see you soon!
